AQWorlds’ 6th Birthday: Curse of the Phantom Pixel

• As Mogloween draws near, rumors have spread about a cursed video floating around Youtube.
• Someone - or something - is in danger, and the only way to save “her” is to recover the 13 missing cursed artifacts.
• Seven of them lie hidden somewhere inside AQWorlds, and it will take an OmniKnight to recover them all!
• Head to NorthPointe, home of the Secret Underground Lab, and talk to the AQW devs for ideas on where to begin searching.

  • Battle through AQW to find 7 of the 13 cursed artifacts for our all-game anniversary event!

  • Defeat Kurok Gravefang, the Werepyre Lich, and his undead army as they race to get the 13th artifact: Death’s Hourglass first!

  • Talk to Artix in /northpointe to find the Artifact Hunter 6th birthday Class!

  • Find all 13 artifacts spread among our 7 games to unlock the OmniKnight Blade!

• Can you believe we have been growing every week for 12 years?!
• To commemorate this occasion we are releasing the Drakkonan-possessed Artix into the wild.

• Defeat him and gain access to the Shadowfire Axe of Curses shop.
• Collect all the cursed artifacts from our games and gain access to the mighty Omni Knight Blade shop on all your game accounts!

• Today, we're unveiling not one but TWO Waves of Wrath promotional packages. For a limited time, get Kartherax's Darkspawn bot, Kartherax's Reaper scythe, and Kartherax's Destroyer mutating weapon in either physical or energy flavors! 

The bots come with the Curse of Kartherax core that replaces the target's primary weapon with useless fish. The mutating weapon and scythe come with the Deep Plague core which implants a lethal plague on the target. The spore grow in power until they're detonated with another strike from the attacker.

International Talk Like a Pirate Day is coming Friday!

This weekend, our games will be getting into the spirit with Pirate themed events and armor sets! Which is AWESOME timing considering my new found obsession with the Captian Harlock movie and anime-series. So obsessed... that I formally requested that Dage draw me a "Captain Harlock-adin" armor & cape set. (Note: I share!) The official Talk Like a Pirate day is on the 19th, but So here is a sneak peak of what is coming this Friday!

Players will have a chance to design armors and submit them... the winner will get 1K AdventureCoins, a special Trobble Pet (0AC), and their design will become available for all players in next year's Talk Like a pirate Day! OTHER GAMES

Our other games will be getting in on the piratey fun too! Fun fact: our first Talk Like a Pirate Day took place in the original AdventureQuest in 2004. Captain Rhubarb appeared on a ship to teach land lovers how to talk like a pirate and quiz them on their knowledge of pirate lore. Secret buttons were added all over his interface-- from his eye patch to the barrels of moblin berry juice and everything in between. I love easter eggs. The event has been updated with new things every year since! I always felt that the way our community embraces odd, random and silly things like this is part of what makes our games so different.
